Jagdverordnung 2022<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Landesjagdverband Hessen (LJV-Hessen) hat zusammen mit den Jagdklubs und den Jagdvereinigungen einen heftigen Widerstand gegen diese Novellierung organisiert. Zus\u00e4tzlich hatte die \u201eJ\u00e4gervereinigung Oberhessen\u201c einen offenen Brief an den Ministerpr\u00e4sidenten gesendet, den mehrere J\u00e4gervereinigungen und Hege-Gemeinschaften unterschrieben habe. So auch ich f\u00fcr den Jagdklub Darmstadt. Dieses Dokument finden Sie hier:<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jagdklub-darmstadt.de\/hp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Offener-Brief-31.08.2022-Ministerpraesident-Boris-Rhein.pdf\">Offener Brief 31.08.2022 Ministerpr\u00e4sident Boris Rhein<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Vorstand des LJV-Hessen hat auf Minister-Ebene und mit dem Ministerpr\u00e4sidenten pers\u00f6nlich, intensive, kritische Gespr\u00e4che gef\u00fchrt und den ausdr\u00fccklichen Protest der hessischen J\u00e4gerschaft kommuniziert. In der Konsequenz war die geplante Novellierung der Hess. Jagdverordnung Gegenstand von Verhandlungen auf h\u00f6her Ebene in der Regierungskoalition.<\/p>\n<p>Am 18. 10. \u00a02022 konnte der Vorstand des LJV-Hessen im Rahmen einer Bezirksversammlung Ergebnisse der Verhandlung zwischen CDU und B\u00fcndnis-90-DIE GR\u00dcNEN kommunizieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Es wird erwartet, dass folgende \u00c4nderungen\u00a0 vorgenommen werden:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bei der Bejagung des Feldhasen soll es bei der bisherigen Regelung bleiben. Ein Absch\u00f6pfen soll im Rahmen des Zuwachses m\u00f6glich sein.<\/li>\n<li>In der Zeit vom 16.09.-31.10. soll das Rebhuhn nach vorheriger Anzeige bei der UJB bejagt werden d\u00fcrfen. Voraussetzung: mindestens drei Brutpaare bei der Fr\u00fchjahrsz\u00e4hlung, Steigerung des Herbstbesatzes um 250 %, dann kann die H\u00e4lfte des Zuwachses bejagt werden.<\/li>\n<li>Das Bl\u00e4sshuhn soll ebenfalls wieder eine Jagdzeit erhalten.<\/li>\n<li>Die Jagdzeiten von Rabenkr\u00e4hen und der Nilgans sollen bis zum 15.01. erweitert werden.<\/li>\n<li>Schie\u00dfleistung bei der J\u00e4gerpr\u00fcfung: Es soll eine Mindestanzahl von 16 Ringe notwendig sein, um die Schie\u00dfpr\u00fcfung zu bestehen. Bei der theoretischen Pr\u00fcfung sollen 20 Multiple-Choke-Fragen jeweils mit einem Punkt bewertet werden, f\u00fcnf zus\u00e4tzliche Freitextfragen sollen mit gesamt 15 Punkten (jeweils bis zu drei Punkten) bewertet werden. Zum Bestehen der Pr\u00fcfung sollen nach aktuellem Stand der Verhandlungen insgesamt 28 Punkte n\u00f6tig sein.<\/li>\n<li>Die Formulierung im Entwurf der HJagdV zum Bereich der Hegegemeinschaften soll nicht wesentlich ver\u00e4ndert werden. Die Aufgaben der Hegegemeinschaften sollen pr\u00e4zisiert werden, dazu werde das HMUKLV eine Mustersatzung erstellen und diese als Empfehlung herausgeben.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr die Kontrolle von Lebendfangfallen mit elektronischem Fangmelder soll k\u00fcnftig eine t\u00e4gliche \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung, morgens zwischen 5.00 Uhr und 9.00 Uhr, in der HJagdV verankert werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Diese Informationen lassen zuversichtlich hoffen, dass die Novellierung durch die Ministerin Priska Hinz erheblich \u00fcberarbeitet wird und wesentliche Kritikpunkte erheblich entsch\u00e4rft werden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fcckfragen bitte per E-Mail an den Autor:<\/p>\n<p>Rainald Mohr (1.
